Scheduling an Appointment

To schedule an appointment, please call (telephone numbers below) during business hours, or send us an email with your contact information.

PLEASE NOTE—Appointments are scheduled with an estimated arrival time of ±30 minutes. Our arrival time may vary depending upon traffic and the nature of the appointment prior to yours. We try our best to stay on schedule and will phone if we are running early or late. While you wait for your appointment, rest assured that your pet is comfortable in familiar surroundings (where you are able to accomplish things at home)!

Notes for a smooth visit

  • ♥ Please have pets confined (primarily cats) to a carrier or bathroom at least ½ hour prior to our visit. There is a cat finding fee if we have to pry Fluffy out from underneath the boiler in the basement.
  • ♥ We encourage you to discuss charges or request a written estimate before medical or minor surgical procedures are performed.
  • ♥ Payment is expected at the time of services rendered (cash, checks, Visa, & Mastercard accepted).
